UI/UX design
Design that people find easy to use.
Clear, usable interfaces for websites, apps and business software, designed around the people who will use them every day.
Overview
Good design is invisible. Bad design costs you customers.
When an interface is confusing, people give up. They abandon the checkout, miss the contact button or avoid the internal tool that was meant to save time. Good UI/UX design removes that friction.
We design how things look (UI) and how they work (UX) together: starting from who is using the product and what they are trying to do, then shaping layouts, flows and visuals that make those tasks obvious. Because we also build what we design, the final product matches the plan.

What’s included
What you get with ui/ux design.
Discovery and user thinking
We learn who the users are, what they need to do and where current experiences let them down.
Wireframes and user flows
Simple blueprints of every screen and journey, so structure is right before visuals are added.
Interactive prototypes
Clickable mock-ups you can try and react to before any development begins.
Visual design and consistency
A cohesive look, with consistent colours, type and components, that reflects your brand.
Mobile-first, accessible layouts
Designs that work on small screens and are considered for readability and ease of use.
Design-to-build handover
Because we build as well as design, nothing is lost in translation between the two.
Problems we solve
From frustration to a working solution.
An interface so confusing that users give up
Clear flows that make the most important action obvious.
A site or app that looks different on every page
A consistent visual system applied across every screen.
A design that never quite matches what gets built
Design and development handled together, so what you approve is what you get.

FAQ
UI/UX Design: common questions.
Not seeing your question? Send us a message and we will answer it.
What is the difference between UI and UX?+
UX (user experience) is how a product works: the structure, flows and how easy it is to complete a task. UI (user interface) is how it looks: layout, colour, type and components. Good products need both.
Can I get design without development?+
Yes. We can deliver designs for your own team or another developer to build. Many clients choose design and build together, so nothing is lost in handover.
Can you improve an existing website or app?+
Yes. We review what you have, find where users struggle, and redesign the parts that matter most rather than always starting from scratch.
How much does UI/UX design cost?+
It is quoted per project after a discovery call, based on the number of screens, the complexity and how much research is needed.
Will the design work on phones?+
Yes. We design mobile-first, so the experience works on small screens and scales up to larger ones.
