When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and the message you write. If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share with us.

We do not ask for ID numbers, financial information or other sensitive personal information through this website.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and manage the working relationship if you become a client. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Contact form submissions are delivered to us through Formspree, an online form service, which processes the data on our behalf. Our website is hosted by Vercel and our domain is managed through Cloudflare. These providers may process technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site securely. Some of them operate outside South Africa; we only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards.

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you become a client, we keep information for as long as the law and our business needs require.

You may ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also object to our processing of your information or withdraw your consent at any time.
